Find the right home. Make the move easy.

The Project

Move In Team is a real estate concierge serving Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island — guiding buyers, sellers, and renters from first search to first night home. The site needed to feel premium and personal at the same time, and route three very different audiences to the right starting point.

The Challenge

Real estate websites are either cold listing portals or generic agent pages with a headshot and a phone number. Move In Team's whole value is concierge-level care — so the site had to feel like being welcomed, not processed. It also had to serve buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, AND business partners without becoming a maze.

Concierge quiz — browsing traffic becomes named leads

4 weeks

From concept to a full multi-path platform

The Approach

01

Split the experience into three clear paths — buy, sell, rent — so every visitor self-selects in the first screen.

02

Built the Move In Concierge: an interactive quiz that asks a few questions and points visitors to their right next step. It converts 'just browsing' traffic into named leads.

03

Designed a neighborhood ticker — Canarsie to Baldwin to St. Albans — that grounds the brand in real local knowledge instead of generic borough claims.

04

Created a free resource library (buyer checklists, seller prep, pre-approval guides) that earns trust and captures emails before anyone is ready to call.

05

Built a partner network section and content hub so the site grows as the business does — every partner and post is another reason to come back.

06

Kept compliance front and center — licensed-through-brokerage framing, equal housing, and clear separation between real estate and design services.

Key Design Decisions

Decision 1

Warm, editorial layout instead of a cold listings grid — this brand sells care, not inventory.

Decision 2

The concierge quiz leads the page because 'not sure where to start?' is the actual state of most visitors — meeting confusion with guidance is the brand promise in action.

Decision 3

Real client stories with real neighborhoods — testimonials name Canarsie, Jamaica, Freeport. Specificity is what makes social proof believable.

Decision 4

Multiple soft conversion points (quiz, checklists, resources) instead of one hard 'contact us' — real estate decisions take months, so the site nurtures instead of pressures.
