Service Agreement
& Policies
By hiring The Jeune Creation, you agree to the terms below. These policies protect both of us and make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Please read before we begin.

General Policies — All Services
Payment Structure
- →A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. This secures your spot and covers initial time spent.
- →The remaining 50% is due before delivery — before the final files, site launch, or transfer of any assets.
- →Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card). A payment link will be sent to your email.
Rush Fee
Projects with a timeline under 7 business days are subject to a +25% rush fee added to the project total. Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed before booking.
Ownership & Copyright
- →All work remains the property of The Jeune Creation until final payment is received in full.
- →Upon final payment, full commercial rights transfer to you.
- →The Jeune Creation retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
- →All content (copy, images, credentials, brand assets) must be provided within 5 business days of project start.
- →If content is not provided on time, your project timeline shifts accordingly.
- →If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks of sending work for review, the project is paused. A $100 restart fee applies to resume.
Cancellation Policy
- →Before work begins: Full refund of deposit.
- →After work begins: The deposit is non-refundable. It covers time and resources already spent on your project.
- →Partial completion: The remaining balance will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

Revisions
- →All website packages include 2 rounds of revisions.
- →A "round" is one batch of consolidated feedback submitted at the same time — not a running list of individual changes over multiple messages.
- →Additional revision rounds: $100/round.
- →Revisions do not include scope changes (adding new pages, redesigning the layout after approval, or changing the direction of the project).
What's Included
- →Custom design and development (no templates)
- →Mobile-responsive layout (tested on iPhone and Android)
- →Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, page speed optimization)
- →Contact form or inquiry flow
- →Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
- →30 days of post-launch bug fix support (functionality only)
What's NOT Included
- ✕Domain name or hosting (client purchases separately)
- ✕Written copy/content (client provides all text)
- ✕Photography or custom imagery (unless bundled)
- ✕Ongoing maintenance after the 30-day window (available as a retainer)
- ✕E-commerce or booking integrations (unless quoted in Premium)

Revisions
- →2 initial concepts presented for your selection.

- →Full color, black, and white versions
- →Horizontal and stacked variations (where applicable)

- ✕Font files (client purchases own commercial license from font foundry)
- ✕Brand guidelines document (that's the Branding Package)

- →2 rounds of revisions included on all brand elements.
- →Additional revisions: $75/round.

- →Brand board (one-page visual identity summary)

Photography
Brand / Headshots from$300·Product from$400
Session Policy
- →The shoot is final — we do not offer reshoot sessions for changed preferences or outfits after the session.
- →Please come prepared: outfit, location, and shot list should be confirmed before the session date.
- →Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice forfeits the deposit.
Deliverables
- →25 edited photos delivered via private gallery link
- →Standard editing: color correction, basic exposure, cropping
- →Delivered within 7–10 business days
- →Commercial use license included
What's NOT Included
- ✕Raw/unedited files
- ✕Heavy retouching (body modification, background replacement, composite editing) — quoted separately
- ✕Additional edited photos beyond 25: $15/photo
AI Creative Visuals
AI visuals are available as an add-on to existing services — not sold standalone. Pricing is bundled into your project quote.
How It Works
- →Client provides a creative brief and reference images/mood board before we begin.
- →1 round of creative direction included — share your feedback once after seeing initial results.
- →Final files delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPEG, sized for your intended use.
Usage
- →Images are licensed for your business use (website, social media, marketing).
- ✕Not for resale or redistribution as stock imagery.
- ✕Print usage (billboards, large format) must be discussed and approved before use.
Communication & Expectations
- →We reply to all messages within 48 business hours.
- →Primary communication is via email. DMs and messages are for quick questions only — project feedback and approvals must be sent via email for documentation.
- →Scope changes (anything not included in the original quote) will be discussed and re-quoted before we proceed.
- →We do not take on projects that conflict with our values. We reserve the right to decline any project at any time.
